At Smart Country Convention exhibitors show software: case-management systems, citizen portals, cloud platforms, AI assistants. On the stand there is a screen, in front of it a consultant, opposite a CIO from a state administration. We photograph these situations so the interface stays legible and the conversation looks real — no flash, exposure balanced between display and face.
What your communications team needs beyond that are pictures that last a year: team portraits in consistent light, your stand at hub27 before opening, your logo in the company of Bitkom and federal ministries. These pictures replace stock photos in tender documents, on LinkedIn and in trade articles.
Smart Country Convention lives on its congress programme with hundreds of sessions on several stages. If your managing director sits on a panel with state secretaries or your head of product gives a keynote, we photograph stage and audience from several positions and film the contribution in full with desk audio on request. That gives you a recording for your website and short vertical quotes for LinkedIn.
Workshops and guided tours are documented with an eye on participation: hands on whiteboards, discussion in small groups, focused faces. Short statements from public-sector customers, recorded with radio mics on the stand, are the most credible material the public sector produces — in German, and in English for international partners.
Tuesday and Wednesday bring the political guests, most sessions and the full exhibition; Thursday with Resilience Day closes at 16:30. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday, aligned with your stage slots: the hour before opening for stand and team shots, then conversations, panel and interviews.

Yes. We take audio from the mixing desk and film stage and audience, where the organiser permits it in the respective room. You receive the recording and short vertical quotes.
At public appearances on stage, yes. In conversations on the stand we speak to the people beforehand and clear the release before the picture is published.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
