Product launches at IFA have a very short attention window. What is announced in the morning has gone through the trade press by evening. Images that arrive a week later are simply too late for the coverage.
That makes 24-hour delivery not an add-on here but the whole point. We review and edit between appointments so the first selection reaches your marketing or press team on the same day.
Televisions, smartphones and appliances have glossy surfaces and glowing displays — a demanding combination. Reflections show half the hall, and screens band at the wrong shutter speed.
We choose angles that keep reflections controlled and set shutter speed to the display refresh rate. If screen content needs to be legible, we plan for it specifically.
Many IFA appearances consist of several parts: a press conference, a stage presentation and the running stand. Those often sit close together in the schedule.
We agree the sequence in advance and cover parallel items with a second camera operator — part of the Premium package. For stages with several speakers we use multiple cameras and take audio from the mixing desk.

Fixed prices, defined deliverables, predictable turnaround. All prices exclude VAT and include travel within North Rhine-Westphalia.

Payment: 50 % deposit on booking by credit card (Stripe link sent with the quote) or bank transfer, 50 % on the show day. No German VAT for non-EU companies; reverse charge for EU companies with VAT ID.
