Messe Berlin lies at the Funkturm in the west of the city. The S-Bahn stops Messe Nord/ICC and Messe Süd on the Ringbahn and the U2 stop Kaiserdamm are at the grounds; from BER airport regional trains and the Ringbahn bring you there with one change.
The numbered halls surround the open-air Sommergarten. hub27 and the CityCube Berlin stand in the southern part of the grounds near Messe Süd: hub27 hosts events such as Smart Country Convention, the CityCube serves conferences and extra hall space. InnoTrans also uses the outdoor rail tracks. Lighting differs from hall to hall, so we check yours before opening.
InnoTrans in September, Bar Convent Berlin and belektro in October 2026, BOOT & FUN in November, FRUIT LOGISTICA in February, E-COMMERCE BERLIN EXPO in February 2027 and ITB Berlin in March fill the calendar.

Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT. EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. German companies pay VAT at the standard rate.
For IFA, ITB and InnoTrans, four to six weeks ahead is sensible. Outside the peak weeks a few days are often enough.
No. As exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand; our crew enters on your exhibitor passes or a media pass we arrange. For other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required.
Travel to Berlin and, where needed, an overnight stay are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so the share per exhibitor is small.
