LogiMAT is a fair of motion: automated guided vehicles handing over pallets, shuttles racing through rack aisles, robot arms picking, sorters distributing parcels. For the camera that means short shutter speeds, the right moment in the cycle — handover, grip, discharge — and a position that shows the material flow from infeed to outfeed. We photograph systems from an elevated position where the stand allows it, so the logic of the system becomes visible in the picture.
The other half of LogiMAT is software: warehouse management, fleet management, slotting, visualisation. It lives in screens and tablets, and a screen not matched to its refresh rate shows banding. We expose so that screen and hardware are legible at the same time and photograph dashboards and operator dialogues closely enough for your sales team to show them later.
Hardly any solution at LogiMAT explains itself in one picture — the path of a pallet or tote through your system is a sequence. We film the process from several perspectives, add close-ups of sensors, drives and grippers and cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn plus vertical clips for your distributors. A statement by your product manager or project lead with a wireless microphone is delivered with subtitles, in English or German.
Talks in the show forums are covered as well if your company speaks — speaker, audience and quote images for the show report.
LogiMAT takes place every year; you need the material from Stuttgart straight away for the show report, website and the invitation to the next edition. Tuesday is opening day with the award ceremony and a dense press programme; Wednesday usually brings the most technical conversations and suits conversation pictures and interviews. Thursday is quieter — good for system shots with time for lighting and for team portraits.
Stand overviews without visitors are taken before the 9 am opening, when your system is already running. On grounds with more than 1,600 exhibitors we bundle several clients in one day — ask early, the slots before opening are limited.
Handover, grip and travel frozen at the right moment — short shutter speeds, no flash.
Shuttles, sorters and conveyors from an elevated position so the material flow is recognisable.
Warehouse and fleet management on legible screens, without banding.
Your stand before opening, system running, no visitors in frame.
The path of the tote through your system from several perspectives, cut to 30 seconds.
Product managers and project leads with wireless microphone, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
