TANKSTELLE & MITTELSTAND has been the showcase of the independent service station trade since 1983: car wash systems, fuel pumps, charging points, shop concepts and service providers on one site, five minutes from our office. We photograph your equipment so operators understand it, and film the conversations that two days on the stand produce.

The typical exhibit at TANKSTELLE & MITTELSTAND is large, made of stainless steel and painted sheet metal, and it mirrors everything that glows in the hall. A gantry car wash or a row of fuel dispensers under show lighting shows trusses and neighbouring stands on a phone photo rather than your product. We work with a polarising filter, our own light and a slightly raised viewpoint so lines and surfaces stay clean and your logo remains legible.
Then there are the small things: point-of-sale systems, payment terminals, shop shelving with food concepts, the displays of charging points. We photograph these close up and in consistent light so they sit next to the large views in your brochure, website and quotation documents.
Visitors are service station operators and owner-managers weighing up concrete investments: a new wash system, a shop refit, charging points on the forecourt. These conversations on the stand are the most credible material a trade fair delivers. We photograph them without flash and from a distance so nobody is interrupted, and film short statements from your sales staff or a customer with a radio mic.
If you speak in the lecture programme, you get speaker and audience from several positions and, on request, the full recording. A 30-second highlight for LinkedIn is cut on the show day.
Wednesday is the stronger day: we use the hour before opening for stand overviews and product shots without visitors, followed by conversations and interviews. On Thursday two to four hours are enough for late appointments and team portraits in a calmer setting. Because our office is on Messeallee, there are no travel costs and an extra slot on the second day can usually be arranged at short notice.
As the show only takes place every two years, plan the material for two years of sales work: stand images, product ranges, team and customer voices in one session.
Gantry systems, wash tunnels and vacuums with polarising filter and our own light — no hall reflections.
Dispenser rows, displays and payment terminals in consistent light for brochure and website.
Shelving concepts, bake-off station and coffee — merchandise shown the way operators will later see it in the shop.
Architecture and lighting before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Statements from sales staff and customers with radio mics, delivered with subtitles.
30-second recap and vertical clips for LinkedIn, cut on the show day.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.

Yes. With a polarising filter, our own light source and a slightly raised viewpoint the reflections of trusses and neighbouring stands largely disappear. The cleanest shots are taken in the hour before opening.
Wednesday: most operators come on the first day, and before opening the stand is empty for overviews. Thursday suits team portraits and late conversations.
