transport logistic is the world's leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management: in 2025 it drew 2,722 exhibitors from 73 countries and more than 77,000 visitors from over 130 countries on 150,000 square metres. On show is everything from the tractor unit in the outdoor area to telematics software on a tablet — big, loud and international. We photograph and film your stand so shippers and forwarders can work with it for two years.

| Profile | World's leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management: forwarding, rail, road, ports, intralogistics, telematics, packaging — 2025: 2,722 exhibitors from 73 countries, more than 77,000 visitors from over 130 countries, 150,000 square metres |
| Audience | 65 percent of exhibitors from abroad; air cargo Europe runs as its own section within the show; joint stands of countries, ports and regions with their own conference programmes |
| Our travel time | About 5 hours by ICE from Essen — travel and overnight stay are stated separately and transparently |
No other date in Munich shows such different exhibits side by side: a 16-metre articulated truck and a smartphone with a tracking app, a shunting locomotive outdoors and a conveyor system in the hall, a port model and a dashboard. We bring lenses for both — wide-angle with shift correction so vehicles and hall stands stand straight, and macro for displays, sensors and locking systems — and deliver images that belong together in your catalogue.
Vehicles and containers in the outdoor area are photographed early in the morning, when the light comes in from the side and the paint does not glare. White bodies and black cabs in one frame are a contrast problem we solve with exposure brackets. In the hall we set our own light so truck cab and stand graphics appear in the same tone.
Logistics is movement, and movement is shown on video: the trailer coupling to the tractor, the stacker crane gripping the container, the shipment changing status on the tablet. We film such sequences from a tripod and with a gimbal and cut a 30-second highlight that shows your stand architecture, your conversations and your product in one piece.
Almost two thirds of exhibitors come from abroad, and on the joint stands of ports, countries and regions the languages change from aisle to aisle. We conduct interviews with your managing director, site manager or a customer in English or German, with radio mics against the noise of the outdoor area and subtitles in both languages.
transport logistic begins on Monday with the opening and full aisles; Tuesday and Wednesday are the strongest days for conversations, Thursday is quieter. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday: the hour before opening for vehicles and stand architecture without visitors, then conversations, demonstrations and interviews. Large stands with hall and outdoor space book the full show day.
The fair is held only every two years; the material from April 2027 carries you to the next edition in 2029 — and because we take on no more than four exhibitors per show day, the Tuesday and Wednesday windows go early.
Articulated trucks, containers and rail vehicles in morning light, shift correction for straight edges.
Dashboards, tracking apps and displays without banding — interface legible, surroundings in frame.
Coupling, gripping, transhipping — short sequences from tripod and gimbal, plus the 30-second highlight.
Hall and outdoor area before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Shippers, forwarders and delegations on joint stands — no flash.
Management, site managers and customers with radio mic, subtitles in German and English.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.

No. We photograph vehicles and containers best in the early morning in side light and balance the contrast between white bodies and dark cabs with exposure brackets. In rain we work with covers and use the wet ground as a mirror.
Yes. In the four-hour package we schedule the outdoor area before opening and the hall stand afterwards; for large presences with several areas the full show day is advisable. We factor in the walking distances on the grounds.
Tuesday or Wednesday: the most trade conversations, plus the hour before opening for stand shots. Monday is opening day with full aisles, Thursday is quieter and good for interviews.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
