A Berlin show is rarely just a stand (booth). Usually a talk, a panel or an evening event belongs to it. We film all of it at Messe Berlin, in hub27 and in the CityCube, with several cameras and sound from the mixing desk, and deliver recap, recording and 9:16 clips within 24 hours.

Messe Berlin lies at the Funkturm in the west of the city. The S-Bahn stations Messe Nord/ICC and Messe Süd on the Ringbahn and the U2 stop Kaiserdamm are at the grounds, and from BER airport you get there with one change. The numbered halls surround the Sommergarten, an open-air area in the middle of the grounds. In the southern part near Messe Süd stand hub27 and the CityCube, used for congresses, conferences and extra exhibition space.
Light differs from hall to hall, so we check your location before opening. For interviews there is the Sommergarten with daylight when the weather allows, otherwise a quiet corner of your stand or the hub27 foyer. If a talk in the CityCube is part of your appearance, we plan the walk from the stand into the day.
Berlin mixes classic trade shows with congresses, conferences and programmes on several stages. On conference stages the light is hard and coloured, and the LED wall behind the speaker is usually brighter than the face. We expose for the face, match shutter and frame rate to the wall and take sound straight from the mixing desk, because in large halls a camera microphone records only echo.
Talks and panels are recorded with two to four cameras. You receive the full recording and on request one cut per speaker, plus short vertical clips with the strongest lines for LinkedIn. Send us the run of show and the speaker list in advance, and we assign clips and photos directly to people and programme items. For the organiser's stages we clear permission first.
In October 2026, Bar Convent Berlin, with tastings and mixing in dim light, belektro as part of gedatec and the Smart Country Convention in hub27, where stages and workshops matter more than exhibits, follow each other closely. Future Battery Forum in November takes place not on the fairground but at the Estrel; we film stand and talk there on the same day. BOOT & FUN brings boats under the Funkturm at the end of November.
In February 2027 FRUIT LOGISTICA shows fruit and vegetables whose freshness and colour have to be right, and exporters who want a statement in their own language. E-COMMERCE BERLIN EXPO lives from screens and stages. ITB Berlin in March is a trade-only show where destinations and hotels film for markets around the world.
CWIEME follows in April 2027 with coil winding and motor production, and in September 2027 IFA with product launches, displays and a lot of press, as well as CMS Berlin, where cleaning machines in action are the best subject. InnoTrans in September also uses the rail tracks in the open-air area.

Travel from Essen to Berlin and, where needed, an overnight stay are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week. Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT.
