Packaging exhibitors show two very different things: machines that fill, seal and label at high speed, and materials whose quality you really need to touch. Each needs its own visual language. We photograph machines so speed becomes visible, for example with motion blur on the conveyor and a sharp gripper. On video we film at a high frame rate, so a single step becomes clear in slow motion.
Materials and finishes such as embossing, coatings, films and paper textures only show in the right light. Raking light reveals surfaces that look flat under hall lighting. We photograph samples on the stand with our own light and deliver detail images your sales team can use in presentations.
Many exhibitors display packs carrying customer brands. Agree in advance which brands may be visible; we photograph the rest so logos cannot be recognised, or leave them out.
FACHPACK in Nuremberg is the fair for packaging, technology and processes. Anuga FoodTec in Cologne shows food technology with a strong packaging section, and BrauBeviale in Nuremberg covers beverage production from filling to the finished pack. Pharmaceutical packaging and primary packaging are at CPhI Worldwide in Frankfurt, process and lab technology at ACHEMA, also in Frankfurt. Printing and finishing are at FESPA in Munich, shipping and intralogistics at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. Bakery products and their packaging appear at iba in Munich.
The halls are often loud because machines are running. For interviews we use clip-on microphones and find a quieter corner of your stand so the voice stays clear.
Cologne is in North Rhine-Westphalia, where travel is included. For Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart we quote travel once per trip, shared between exhibitors of the same show week. Exhibitors from Italy, Turkey, China or the US get English-language quotes and, outside the EU, invoices without German VAT.
Before doors open: stand overview, material samples in raking light, packs as a series. If your line runs in test mode before opening, we film the slow motion now, with no visitors in the background.
Morning: team photo and portraits, then the line in operation with an audience. Midday to afternoon: conversations at the machine and the sample walls, interviews about materials and sustainability, vertical clips.
At FACHPACK stands are often busy and conversations happen right at the samples. We photograph these scenes from close range without getting in the way.
Packaging solutions are sold in conversations where the customer wants to see how something works. A 90-second film that follows a line from infeed to finished pack can replace many a factory visit in sales. Sustainability is a central topic in the industry. If you show recyclable materials or reusable systems, add interviews in which your experts explain what the solution achieves, in English, German, Arabic or Farsi.
