FESPA Global Print Expo returns to Munich in 2027 — it was last here in 2023, with more than 500 exhibitors and visitors from 122 countries. Four days of wide-format, digital, screen and textile printing, plus European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience and WrapFest on the same grounds. On show are printers running, prints whose colour has to be right, illuminated signage and wrapped vehicles. We photograph so your print looks in the photo the way it looks on the stand.

At FESPA everything sells through colour: the skin tone in a photo print, the red in a corporate design, the neon gradient on textile. The hall lighting at Messe München is mixed, and a print that looks perfect under your stand lighting turns green or yellow in the photo. We measure the colour temperature at your stand, shoot with a grey card and deliver images in which your print looks the way it does in the hand — the difference between a reference image and a photo your sales team would rather not show.
Glossy media, acrylic, mirror film and backlit textile frames bring reflections and contrasts a camera cannot capture in one go. We use polarising filters, expose light boxes and surroundings separately and combine them so that motif and frame both stay legible.
A wide-format printer is a box in a photograph. On video the visitor sees the print head travel, the media advance, the image appear — and the speed you promise on the data sheet. We film your systems in short clips from a tripod, with detail shots of print head, ink build-up and cutting unit, and cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn and your product pages.
At WrapFest and on the film manufacturers' stands the best moving images are made: film is stretched, heated, laid down, trimmed. We cover demonstrations from two perspectives — hand and tool in close-up, the vehicle as a whole — and deliver sequences your installers will share.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the strongest days; Friday is quieter and suits shots of the systems without onlookers. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday: the hour before opening for stand architecture and print samples with our own light, then running systems, conversations and interviews.
FESPA changes venue every year; Munich 2027 is the chance to get high-quality material without a production trip abroad. We conduct interviews with your users in English or German, with subtitles in both languages — and because we take on no more than four exhibitors per show day, we recommend agreeing a slot early.
Light measurement at the stand and grey card — skin tone, corporate red and gradient as in the hand.
Backlit textile frames, acrylic and LED exposed separately — motif and surroundings both legible.
Print head, media advance and cutting unit on video, plus the 30-second highlight of the stand.
Stand architecture and print samples before opening with our own light, with no visitors in frame.
Stretch, lay down, trim — hand in close-up, vehicle as a whole.
Users, product managers and partners with radio mic, subtitles in German and English.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
