PMW Expo is the trade show of the motorsport supply chain: brakes, gearboxes, dampers, electronics and carbon parts built for race teams and high-performance vehicle manufacturers. Machined aluminium, black carbon and anodised finishes are hard to photograph under hall lighting — we bring our own light and show your parts as precisely as they are made.

The typical exhibit in hall 10.1 is milled, anodised or carbon: a brake caliper, a sectioned gearbox casing, a steering wheel with display, a damper with its valve exposed. These surfaces are either mirror-like or deep black, and hall lighting treats both equally badly — glare on metal, no texture in carbon. We work with a portable lighting setup right on the stand, a polariser against reflections and raking light that brings out the weave of carbon and the tool marks in aluminium.
Cutaways and exploded displays are photographed so the function can be read — from the angle an engineer looks at them. With race cars on the stand it is about the details that show your part in the vehicle, not just the car. Product ranges are shot in consistent light so the images match in catalogue and data sheet.
Video shows what is demonstrated on the stand: a test rig, a gear change, a simulation on screen. We film your demonstration, a short statement from your chief engineer in English and cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn on the show day — the platform on which this industry reaches its customers. If you speak in the exhibitor presentation programme, we photograph and film you on stage.
Wednesday evening brings the reception with the PMW Awards. If your company is nominated, we photograph ceremony and team in available light and deliver the images the same evening — for the post that goes live on Thursday morning.
Wednesday is the stronger day: opening, the most technical conversations and the evening reception. We recommend a full Wednesday — stand and product shots before the 10 am opening, conversations and demonstrations through the day, interviews in the afternoon, awards from 5 pm. If you book only two or four hours, put them on Wednesday morning.
Thursday is quieter and suits team portraits and more elaborate product shots, where we take parts out of the display case and light them at leisure. For international exhibitors — the majority in hall 10.1 — briefing and engagement run in English.
Milled, anodised and carbon surfaces with our own light and polariser — texture instead of glare.
Gearboxes, brakes and dampers from an engineer's viewpoint, product ranges in consistent light.
Ceremony and team on Wednesday evening in available light, images delivered the same night.
Stand and exhibits before opening, with no visitors in frame.
Test rigs, demonstrations and simulations filmed, 30-second highlight cut on the show day.
Statements from chief engineers and management in English, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
