FSB is the international trade fair for public space, sports and leisure facilities: sports flooring, artificial turf, grandstands, lighting, play and fitness equipment, ice rinks. Together with aquanale most recently over 865 exhibitors from 46 countries and around 28,000 trade visitors. We photograph flooring samples, facilities and equipment so planners and municipalities can read material and construction — and film your appearance at the IAKS Congress.

FSB products are made for stadiums, sports halls and playgrounds — on a trade fair stand they lie as samples: a square metre of artificial turf, a strip of running track, a grandstand module, a climbing frame without children. The task is to make material and construction legible. We photograph flooring samples with raking light that shows fibre, granulate and layer structure, sectioned samples close up and from the same perspective, and equipment with a wide angle from a slightly raised position so its size remains readable.
Lighting and LED exhibitors get exposures in which luminaires glow rather than blow out; for grandstand seats and sports equipment with painted surfaces we use a polarising filter against hall reflections.
The IAKS Congress meets alongside FSB, and architecture awards from the IOC and IAKS are presented. If your company speaks there or a reference project wins an award, we photograph stage and audience from several positions and film the talk on request with audio from the mixing desk. The recording goes to planners and municipalities, short vertical quotes to LinkedIn.
On the stand it comes down to the conversation with landscape architects, building authorities and club boards. We photograph it without flash and from a distance and add short interviews with a radio mic: your project manager on a reference build, a customer on the collaboration, two sentences, with subtitles.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the strongest days, and most congress slots fall on them. We use the hour before opening for stand overviews and sample shots without visitors. Friday is quieter and suits team portraits and detail shots. If you also exhibit at aquanale, you are covered on the same day without surcharge — both shows share grounds and week.
Almost two thirds of visitors travel in from abroad, many from Benelux, Scandinavia, southern Europe and the USA. Interviews and engagement run in English. Because FSB only takes place every two years, plan stand images, sample series and customer voices for two years of use.
Artificial turf, running tracks and hall floors with raking light — fibre, granulate and layer structure visible, every sample from the same perspective.
Play, fitness and grandstand modules with wide angle from a raised position, polarising filter against hall reflections.
Floodlights and scoreboards exposed so they glow rather than blow out.
Architecture and lighting before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Statements from project managers and customers with radio mics, in German or English, with subtitles.
Talk, award ceremony and audience from several positions, filmed in full on request.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
