TecStyle Visions is the leading European trade fair for textile decoration and promotion and runs as EXPO 4.0 together with wetec, the trade fair for signage, digital printing and illuminated advertising. In 2025 the two shows presented 237 exhibiting companies from 21 countries to around 12,000 visitors from 46 countries. A machine runs on almost every stand here — we photograph and film printing, embroidery and lettering at the moment the design appears.

TecStyle Visions and wetec are about colour: printed shirts, embroidered logos, flocked caps, laminated vehicle wraps, backlit letters. Anyone photographing these products has to hit their colour — a customer who sees a print sample will later compare it with what their own machine delivers. We set the white balance on the product, not on the hall lighting, shoot without flash and keep white white, neon bright and black deep.
Then there are textures: the thread of an embroidery, the pile of a flock, the edge of a transfer, the grain of a film. We photograph them in macro with side light so your customers recognise the quality of the decoration — and the machines behind them with legible display, open hood and the textile in process, so print shops and decorators see what the system can do.
Hardly any fair suits moving images as well as this one: embroidery heads setting a logo in seconds, DTF printers with film running, heat presses, plotters cutting vinyl, vehicle wrappers at work. We film your demonstrations from two perspectives with close-ups of head, needle or print head, cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn and vertical clips for Instagram and TikTok, where the decorating scene spends its time. A statement by your application engineer or management with a wireless microphone is delivered with subtitles.
Exhibitors present at both TecStyle Visions and wetec get both stands covered within one time window — the halls are next to each other.
TecStyle Visions takes place every two years; you use the material from Stuttgart until the next edition in 2029 for website, dealer training, social media and the invitations to the next show. It pays to concentrate the shoot on the machines and processes you show in Stuttgart for the first time.
Wednesday is opening day with many international visitors; Thursday brings the densest conversations and suits conversation pictures, live demos with an audience and interviews. For stand overviews without visitors we use the time before opening. Friday is quieter and good for product and macro shots with time for lighting, and for team portraits. You receive the highlight video and first images the same evening.
Shirts, caps and samples in true colour — white balance on the product, white stays white, neon glows.
Thread, pile, transfer edge and film grain in macro with side light.
Embroidery heads, DTF printers, presses and plotters with legible display and textile in the machine.
Your stand before opening, with no visitors in frame.
Production from two perspectives, cut to 30 seconds and as vertical clips.
Application engineers and management with wireless microphone, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
