Nobody shows products here — they show locations, projects and people: models, renderings, joint stands of cities and regions, and three days packed with meetings. The typical EXPO REAL exhibit is an architectural model under an acrylic cover or an LED wall showing renderings. Both are awkward: the cover mirrors the hall lighting, the screen outshines everything next to it. We photograph models with a polarising filter and from the angle a visitor actually looks at them, and match exposure to the refresh rate of LED walls so renderings appear without banding or colour cast.
Joint stands of cities and regions often host twenty partners, each with its own counter and logo. We photograph every co-exhibitor individually in the same visual language, so the stand management can pass usable material to all partners after the show — a follow-up occasion that is otherwise missing.
EXPO REAL runs on the appointment calendar: half-hour slots with investors, meetings with banks, panels with some 400 speakers in the conference forums. We photograph meetings without flash and from a distance, so nobody is interrupted and the pictures still show who is sitting at the table with whom. Panel appearances by your management are taken with a telephoto lens from the audience.
A 60- to 90-second statement needs no more than a quiet corner of the stand and a radio mic. Doors stay open until 19:00 on Monday and Tuesday, and many exhibitors host a reception in the early evening. We cover that hour in available light — as an additional hour on top of the package.
Monday and Tuesday are the full days; Wednesday closes at 16:00 and is noticeably quieter. We recommend a four-hour package on Monday or Tuesday: the hour before opening for stand architecture and models without visitors, then appointments, panels and statements. The highlight video is ready that evening, while the show is still on.
EXPO REAL is held annually. The images and clips carry you through a full year of investor presentations, press releases and invitations to the next edition.

From €990 plus VAT for two hours of photo and video on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second highlight video. Four hours from €1,490, a full show day from €1,990. Travel to Munich and any overnight stay are stated separately and transparently.
Yes. We photograph your counter, your team and your exhibits within the joint stand and agree the timing with the stand management. Often the stand management books a day package and distributes the material to all partners.
Yes. With a polarising filter, deliberately placed light and the right angle the cover almost disappears. For detail shots we agree with you whether the cover can come off briefly.
Yes. Doors are open until 19:00 on Monday and Tuesday; we photograph the reception in available light without flash. Evening hours are booked as additional hours on top of the package.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
