inter airport Europe is the international exhibition for airport equipment, technology, design and services — its 26th edition in 2027, held every two years in Munich. Most recently it drew 437 exhibitors from 37 countries on 33,550 square metres and more than 7,500 visitors from 110 countries. On show are tractors, de-icers, passenger boarding bridges and baggage conveyors outdoors, security and passenger technology in the hall. We photograph ground support equipment in October light and terminal technology so airport operators can read the function.

Aircraft tractors, de-icing vehicles, container loaders, passenger stairs: a large share of inter airport Europe exhibits stand outside between the halls, and they are big and mostly in signal colours. In October the sun is low; that is good light in the morning but hard shadows and backlight in the afternoon. We photograph the outdoor area in the hour before opening in side light, with wide-angle and shift correction so vehicles stand straight and proportions hold, and add details of coupling, lifting gear and operator station.
An electric tractor differs from the diesel not in looks but in detail: charging port, battery compartment, display. We photograph these differences with our own light so your sales team has the argument in the picture. In rain — not rare in Munich in October — we work with covers and use the wet ground as a mirror for the vehicle.
In the halls exhibitors show security lanes, self bag drop, baggage conveyors, signage, seating and software for apron and terminal. We photograph displays without banding, stainless steel and glass with a polariser, baggage conveyors running as a short clip. For software providers we produce shots of the interface in conversation — on the large monitor, on the tablet in the visitor's hand.
Video shows what a piece of ground support equipment can do: the tractor picking up the nose wheel, the stairs extending, the container moving onto the loader. We film demonstrations outdoors from a tripod and cut a 30-second highlight. We conduct interviews with your head of sales or an airport customer in English or German — visitors come from 110 countries — with radio mics against the noise of the demonstrations and subtitles in both languages.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the strongest days with the most delegations from airports and ground handlers; Thursday is quieter and suits vehicle shots without onlookers. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday: the hour before opening for the outdoor area, then hall, conversations and interviews. Stands with hall and outdoor space book the full show day.
inter airport Europe is held only every two years; the material from October 2027 carries you to the next edition in 2029. We take on no more than four exhibitors per show day — the Tuesday slots go first.
