IAA MOBILITY is Europe's largest mobility event: in 2025 it drew almost 750 exhibitors from 37 countries, well over 500,000 visitors in total and more than 69,000 trade visitors from 108 countries to the Summit. The show has two parts — the Summit for trade visitors at the exhibition grounds in Riem, and the Open Space with free access in Munich city centre. On show are vehicles, batteries, charging technology, software and supplier components. We photograph paint without the ceiling grid and film your presence at both locations.

A vehicle is a curved mirror. Under the ceiling grid of Messe München and the light ceilings of the stands, the paint shows the hall instead of the line, windscreen and cockpit displays throw the lights back. We work with polarising filters, choose camera height and angle at which the body shows its shape, and expose interior and exterior separately so cockpit displays are legible and the paint keeps its depth. On dark vehicles we draw the line with the existing light edges; on light ones we take the ceiling grid out with the polariser.
Suppliers show something else: battery modules, e-axles, sensors, control units, seat structures in cross-section. We photograph these exhibits with our own light and side light so cooling channels, connectors and labels are recognisable, and add macro details for data sheet and presentation.
At the Summit in Riem the trade images are made: stand architecture before opening, conversations with buyers and engineers, conference appearances from the auditorium with a long lens. In the Open Space downtown comes what works on social media — your vehicle in front of Munich facades, visitors climbing in, test drives, families at the weekend. We plan both locations in one day or across two dates and deliver a 30-second highlight that brings both together.
The IAA is international: exhibitors from 37 countries, trade visitors from 108. We conduct interviews with your board member, product manager or head of development in English or German with radio mics — in the Open Space against the street noise — and deliver them with subtitles in both languages.
Tuesday is opening day with politics, press and full aisles; Wednesday and Thursday are the strongest days for trade conversations at the Summit, Friday is the last Summit day. Saturday and Sunday belong to the Open Space with the biggest crowds. We recommend a four-hour package on Wednesday or Thursday at the Summit — the hour before opening for vehicles and stand architecture, then conversations and interviews — and for exhibitors in the Open Space a second date on Saturday.
IAA MOBILITY is held every two years; the material from September 2027 carries you to 2029. We take on no more than four exhibitors per show day — in our experience the Wednesday and Thursday windows at the Summit go first.
Polariser, camera height and separate exposure — paint with depth, cockpit displays legible.

Yes. Either in one day with the full-day package — Summit before and after opening, Open Space in the afternoon — or across two dates, for example Wednesday in Riem and Saturday downtown. We factor in the travel time between the locations.
Yes. We work with a polarising filter and find the camera height and angle at which the body shows its line and the ceiling grid does not sit in the paint. The hour before opening with reduced stand lighting is the best time for this.
Wednesday or Thursday at the Summit: the most trade conversations, plus the hour before opening for vehicles and stand. For pictures with crowds in the Open Space, Saturday is the strongest day.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
