eMove360° Europe is the conference and exhibition for electric, connected and autonomous mobility — its tenth edition in 2026, compact in the function rooms of the Holiday Inn Munich Westpark. Vehicles, charging stations, battery modules and software stand close together under hotel lighting. We bring our own light and photograph and film your stand so fleet operators, utilities and municipalities can see afterwards what you showed.

eMove360° does not take place in an exhibition hall but in the function rooms of a hotel: low ceilings, warm yellow artificial light, narrow aisles between the stands. A white vehicle turns beige under it, a display on a charging station disappears into backlight. So we work with our own LED panels, match the colour temperature and render paint, chrome and plastic so colours are right and reflections stay under control.
Charging stations, wallboxes and power electronics need detail shots: readable displays, connector types, cable routing, housing sizes. Battery modules and drive components are photographed in side light so structure and build quality show — the material your sales team sends to fleet customers and grid operators.
The conference programme runs alongside the exhibition. If one of your colleagues speaks, we photograph speaker and audience from several positions and cut short vertical quotes for LinkedIn. In the evening the eMove360° Award is presented; we photograph winners on stage and afterwards with the certificate on their stand.
An interview needs no more than a radio mic and a quiet spot next to your exhibit. A 60-second statement on why your charging solution suits depots or your drive suits commercial vehicles is more credible than any brochure — and is delivered with subtitles within 24 hours.
Tuesday is the stronger day: opening, most of the technical conversations, the award in the evening. Because the format is compact, a two-hour package on Tuesday is enough for many exhibitors: stand and exhibits before the start, then conversations and a statement. If you have a conference slot, we place the time window on it.
Wednesday suits team shots and late appointments. First images and the highlight video are delivered on Tuesday evening, so your post goes live while day-two visitors are still travelling in.

No, and we come prepared for that. We bring LED panels, match the colour temperature to the hotel lighting and photograph vehicles and charging hardware true to colour without the yellow cast.
For most exhibitors, yes: stand and exhibits before the start, then conversations and a short statement. If you give a talk in the conference programme, plan for four hours.
Yes. We photograph speaker and audience from several positions and cut short vertical quotes. Whether a full video recording is permitted is something we clear with the organiser in advance.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
