EuroTier exhibits are large and made of material that throws light back: galvanised housing, stainless-steel milking stalls, feed pushers, ventilation units. Under the mixed hall lighting of Deutsche Messe these quickly turn into grey-green pictures with reflections on every edge. We photograph the equipment with our own light and a polarising filter so metal reads as metal and displays, sensors and type plates stay legible.
Then there are live animals in the halls. If you show genetics, feeding or animal welfare solutions, you need pictures with animal and equipment together — no flash so the animals stay calm, short exposures so movement does not blur. Patience and a wide aperture work better here than a large lighting setup.
A milking robot or feeding robot at work is more convincing on video than any data sheet. We film work cycles from several sides and at high frame rate so gripper, sensors and sequence can be explained calmly. From that material we cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn and longer clips for dealer training and your website.
If your product manager speaks on one of the Expert Stages or a farmer talks about his operation on your stand, we record it with radio mics. Short statements from customers in different countries are the most credible sales material a show with visitors from around 150 countries can produce — in German or English, delivered with subtitles.
The first two show days bring the most technical conversations and the fullest aisles. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday: the hour before opening for clean stand and equipment shots without visitors, then conversations, demos and interviews. We travel the evening before so we are on your stand before the halls open.
EuroTier takes place only every two years. The material from November 2026 supports your sales team until the next edition — in catalogues, dealer portals and at the regional shows in between.

Payment: 50 % deposit on booking by credit card (Stripe link sent with the quote) or bank transfer, 50 % on the show day. No German VAT for non-EU companies; reverse charge for EU companies with VAT ID.

From €990 plus VAT for two hours of photo and video on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second highlight video. Four hours from €1,490, a full show day from €1,990. Travel to Hannover and any overnight stay are stated separately and transparently.
Yes. We work there without flash and with short exposures so the animals stay calm and movement stays sharp. For the equipment beside them we use directed continuous light.
Tuesday or Wednesday: the most trade visitors, and the hour before opening for stand and equipment shots. Thursday and Friday suit team and interview sessions.
Yes. EnergyDecentral and EuroTier run at the same time on the same grounds. Exhibitors with stands at both shows are covered on the same day without surcharge.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
