A company car or van under exhibition lighting shows every ceiling light as a stripe on bonnet and roof. Silver and white, the most common fleet colours, are the hardest of all. We photograph with a polarising filter and from positions where lines and surfaces sit cleanly, correct the perspective so wheels stay round and edges straight, and add interior, load area and details such as the charging port or telematics unit. For providers of charging infrastructure, tyres or software the rule is: we show the product on the vehicle and in the hand, not as a cut-out.
The real value of this show lies in the conversation. Your sales staff advise fleet managers who make decisions for dozens or hundreds of vehicles on this day. We photograph these situations without flash and without interrupting — the pictures that show who you talk to.
If your company gives an expert talk or leads a workshop, we photograph speaker and audience from several positions and record the talk in full on request. From statements by your management and your customers we cut 30-second clips with subtitles for LinkedIn — where you reach fleet managers between shows.
Wednesday is the longer and stronger day. We recommend a four-hour package on Wednesday: vehicle and stand shots before 9:00, then conversations, talks and interviews. If you still have customer appointments on Thursday, add two hours. Highlight video and first images are delivered on Wednesday evening so your post is live while the event is still running.
