At all about automation almost every stand has something that moves: a robot arm, a pick-and-place cell, a conveyor with a vision system. That is your advantage over a brochure — and exactly what gets lost in a still photo of the stand. We film motion sequences at a high frame rate so grip, positioning and cycle time can be shown in slow motion, and we photograph the equipment at rest before opening, while the stand is still empty.
Controls, sensors and cabinets are visually unremarkable. We put them in the picture with side lighting and detail shots so displays stay readable and connectors, frame sizes and type plates are legible — the material your sales team actually sends out after the show.
At a two-day show the first day is the one that counts: full aisles, most of the technical conversations, the talk programme. We recommend a four-hour package on day one: the hour before opening for clean equipment and stand shots, then conversations, demos and a short statement from your head of sales on the stand.
By the evening a 30-second highlight video is ready to post — while your day-two visitors are still on their way.

Fixed prices, defined deliverables, predictable turnaround. All prices exclude VAT and include travel within North Rhine-Westphalia.

Payment: 50 % deposit on booking by credit card (Stripe link sent with the quote) or bank transfer, 50 % on the show day. No German VAT for non-EU companies; reverse charge for EU companies with VAT ID.

Yes. We photograph with short exposures and film at high frame rate so motion can be shown as slow motion. We do not stop the line for stills — we work with its cycle.
For most exhibitors, yes: four hours on day one cover stand shots before opening, demos and conversations. If you need both days, the second day is charged at a reduced rate.
Yes. The 30-second highlight video and a first photo selection are usually ready on the evening of the show day, the complete delivery within 24 hours.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
