Gulf exhibitors in Germany often have a mixed stand (booth) team: Arabic-speaking management, international sales staff and a German stand builder. We work in English and German, and also in Arabic and Persian. That changes what is possible on the day: a director or a minister can be interviewed in Arabic without an interpreter, a statement for your home audience is recorded in the language it will be published in, and the stand team can brief us in whichever language is fastest.
Arabic subtitles are part of our work, and on-screen text is set right to left, so a highlight video goes out in Arabic and English versions without a second agency. Persian is useful for team members or partners who prefer it. Pixer is based in Essen, directly at Messe Essen, and works at every major German venue. The same crew also works at Dubai World Trade Centre, including coverage for YOOZ at World Vape Show Dubai and at InterTabac in Dortmund.
Gulf companies and national entities come to Germany for different reasons, and each has its own show. Tourism authorities, hotel groups and airlines meet the travel trade at ITB Berlin in March. Developers and investment promotion offices present projects at EXPO REAL in Munich in October. Aluminium producers go to ALUMINIUM in Düsseldorf, held every two years in October.
Energy has its own cluster of shows. Utilities, oil and gas companies and their technology partners attend E-world energy & water in February at Messe Essen, where our office is 30 seconds from the entrance. Solar developers go to Intersolar Europe in Munich in June, and hydrogen projects to the Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe in Hamburg in October. Industrial companies and investment delegations exhibit at HANNOVER MESSE in April.
Food producers, from dates to dairy, go to Anuga in Cologne, every two years in October, and vape and tobacco brands to InterTabac in Dortmund in September, a show we covered again in 2026.
Companies registered in the Gulf are outside the EU, so the invoice from Pixer GmbH carries no German VAT. For the invoice we need your company name, address and a registration or tax number. Prices are fixed and in euro: Trade Fair Basic €990 for two hours, Professional €1,490 for four hours, Full Day €1,990 for eight hours. Payment is by bank transfer, 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
If procurement needs a formal quotation, our trade register details or a signed order form before approving a supplier, tell us at the start; we send the documents with the quote so approval does not hold up the date. For government entities and larger groups this is often the step that takes longest, so it helps to begin early.
Show content from Germany usually goes out on Instagram, LinkedIn and X, with short clips shared over WhatsApp with partners and management. We deliver vertical 9:16 clips for Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, landscape video for LinkedIn and websites, and photos in both orientations. Arabic and English versions are cut from the same footage. If a visit by a minister, an ambassador or a chairman is planned, tell us the time window: that selection is edited first and sent ahead of the rest.
Germany is two to three hours behind the UAE and one to two hours behind Saudi Arabia and Qatar, depending on the season. First selected photos usually arrive the same evening, and the complete edited set and the highlight video follow within 24 hours after the coverage ends, well before the flight home. If you also exhibit in the region, the same crew works across the Gulf.
