Meat is the most difficult food in front of a camera. Under cool hall lighting red tips into purple, fat looks yellow instead of white, and the refrigerated counter lays a blue haze over everything. At SÜFFA exhibitors show ham, sausage, cold cuts and whole cuts — and every master butcher sees at once whether a picture looks fresh or not. We set the white balance directly on the product, work without flash and choose angles in which gloss shows freshness instead of glaring.
With the machines — bowl cutters, fillers, clippers, slicers, smoking systems, packaging lines — it is about stainless steel and hygiene. Reflections of the hall roof on polished surfaces, fingerprints and a blurred display ruin the picture; we shoot with a controlled angle, a legible panel and the machine open so that feed, cutting set or filling tube are recognisable. And we show machine and product together: the filler with the sausage chain, the slicer with the cold cuts.
SÜFFA is a hands-on fair: cutting, filling, seasoning, the sales conversation at the counter. We film your demonstrations from two perspectives with close-ups of hands and product, cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn and deliver vertical clips for Instagram and your trade partners. Statements by your master butcher, sales manager or application engineer are recorded with a wireless microphone — with subtitles, because cutters and vacuum fillers dominate the sound on the stand.
Competitions, awards and stage programmes of the butchery trade in which your company takes part are covered within the same time window.
SÜFFA runs from Saturday to Monday. On Saturday and Sunday the owners of craft businesses come who stand in production and shop during the week: full aisles, many conversations, a good mood — the days for conversation pictures, demonstrations and atmosphere. Monday is quieter and brings industry, chain operators and buyers; it suits machine shots with time for lighting, interviews and team portraits.
Stand overviews without visitors are taken before opening, when the counter is freshly stocked. Because SÜFFA takes place every two years, you use the material until the next edition for website, catalogue, trade press and social media.
Red stays red, fat stays white — white balance on the product, no flash, no refrigerated-counter haze.
Cutters, fillers and slicers in stainless steel without reflections, panel legible, machine and product together.
Cutting, filling and seasoning from two perspectives, for photo and video.

Not if the white balance is set on the product and we work without flash. We photograph into the counter and, on request, products briefly on the board in front of it, then the colour is right.
