DMEA is Europe's leading event for digital health — and in 2027 it takes place in Munich for the first time. In Berlin in 2026 it brought together around 900 exhibitors from almost 30 countries, 22,000 participants and 550 speakers; Federal Health Minister Nina Warken has taken on the patronage for 2027. What is on show is software: hospital information systems, telematics, AI applications, dashboards — on screens. We photograph and film so your interface is legible and your conversations with hospital IT leaders become visible.

At DMEA there is hardly anything to touch — the exhibit is a user interface on a screen, surrounded by reflections of the hall lighting. We match shutter speed to refresh rate so displays come out without banding, choose angles in which the ceiling lights do not sit in the glass, and expose screen and stand surroundings separately so both stay legible.
What appears on the screen is agreed in advance: we photograph only demo data you have cleared and keep areas with real names out of the frame. For screenshots in context — the interface in a user's hand, on a tablet at a bedside mock-up, on the large monitor during a consultation — we bring the right lenses.
DMEA is half congress: keynotes, panels and expert forums with speakers from ministries, health insurers, hospitals and industry. If your managing director or product owner is on a stage, we photograph from the auditorium with a long lens and no flash — speaker, slide and audience in one frame — and on request cut a short clip of the key statement with subtitles.
2027 is the first year in Munich. For the sector this is a fresh start with a new audience from southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and your stand will sit in surroundings of which no pictures exist yet. We conduct interviews with your customers from hospital IT and administration with radio mics, in English or German.
Tuesday is opening day with the keynote and the most decision-makers in the aisles, Wednesday is the strongest day for conversations, Thursday is quieter. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday: the hour before opening for stand architecture and screens without visitors, then demos, conversations and interviews.
Because DMEA is held every year, you do not need material for two years but good material for the next twelve months: website, LinkedIn, tender documents, careers page. We take on no more than four exhibitors per show day, so every stand gets the time that screens need.
Displays without banding or ceiling light in the glass, screen and stand exposed separately.
Agreed in advance what is in frame — no real names, no patient data.
Short sequences of the application in conversation and of your talk's key statement, plus the 30-second highlight.
Stand architecture and screens before opening, with no visitors in frame.
Consultations at the monitor with CIOs, medical directors and administrators — no flash.
Management, product owners and users with radio mic, subtitles in German and English.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
