Adhesives, dispensing and application systems, pre-treatment and curing are processes you can hardly see in a stand photo. Bonding has an image problem: the result is a thin, often transparent layer between two parts, and the process itself takes seconds. At Bondexpo exhibitors therefore show dispensing valves, mixing heads, cartridge systems and robot cells in which a bead of adhesive is applied precisely. We work with macro shots here: the bead on the part, the drop at the needle, the seam in cross-section, the surface after plasma treatment. Short shutter speeds freeze the application, side light makes the contour of the bead visible.
Many adhesives are colourless or milky, UV-curing systems fluoresce under black light, two-component materials change colour when mixed. We match the white balance to the material so your adhesive looks in the picture the way it looks in the lab — and photograph test specimens, tensile tests and sample parts from the application so that the joint is in focus.
The bonding process explains itself better in motion than in words: pre-treatment, application, joining, fixing, curing. We film this chain at your demo system from several perspectives and in slow motion where it helps, and cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn plus vertical clips for your application engineers and distributors. A statement by your chemist or application engineer with a wireless microphone explains material choice and process parameters, delivered with subtitles.
Exhibitors with a stand at both Bondexpo and Motek get both covered within one time window.
Bondexpo runs for three days together with Motek and, from 2026, only every two years; you therefore use the material from Stuttgart until 2028 for your website, technical data sheets, show invitations and social media. It pays to concentrate the shoot on the novelties you show in Stuttgart for the first time.
Before opening we photograph your stand without visitors and the exhibits with time for lighting. Wednesday is the day of most technical conversations and suits conversation pictures and interviews. Thursday is quieter and good for macro shots at the demo system with nobody walking through the frame, and for team portraits.

Yes, with a macro lens and side light the contour of the bead and the joint become visible. Sample parts or test specimens on the stand help, so we can photograph the bond deliberately.
