belektro is the trade fair for electrical engineering, electronics and lighting in Berlin — every two years the meeting point for electrical contractors, planners, architects and energy consultants from the region. We photograph and film your stand so switchgear, luminaire and wallbox read as products and your conversations with the trade are kept as material.

belektro sets the camera three different tasks. Luminaires are light sources themselves — photographing them means showing lamp, light effect and housing at the same time without the picture burning out or the room going black. We expose for the luminaire and bring the surroundings back with a little of our own light, so colour temperature and distribution are recognisable.
Switchgear, distribution boards and terminals are the opposite: grey, small, no shine. Here we work with side lighting and detail shots so labels, terminal blocks and connections are legible. Wallboxes, inverters and smart-home hubs have painted or glazed fronts with displays; we choose position and exposure so display and housing work together in one frame.
belektro is a contractors' show. Your visitors are master electricians, journeymen and planners from Berlin and Brandenburg who touch, unscrew and ask. We photograph these conversations and demonstrations at the exhibit without flash and without interruption — the material that shows your products have arrived in the trade, for wholesale partners, trade press and LinkedIn.
If your product manager speaks in the belektro Forum or demonstrates an installation on the stand, we film it as a short clip with radio mics. A contractor explaining in 30 seconds why he installs your terminal or your wallbox convinces colleagues more than any advert.
At a three-day show, trade visitors with appointments concentrate on days one and two. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday: the hour before opening for clean stand and product shots, then conversations, demonstrations and interviews. Thursday is quieter and suits team and detail shots.
belektro takes place only every two years. The material from October 2026 carries your regional sales through to the next edition.

From €990 plus VAT for two hours of photo and video on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second highlight video. Four hours from €1,490, a full show day from €1,990. Travel to Berlin and any overnight stay are stated separately and transparently.
Yes. We expose for the luminaire and bring the room back with a little of our own light, so colour temperature, distribution and housing are recognisable at once. For catalogues we additionally photograph the luminaire switched off.
Tuesday or Wednesday: the most trade visitors with appointments, and the hour before opening for stand and product shots. Thursday suits team and detail sessions.
Yes. Installations and demonstrations at the exhibit are photographed without flash and without interruption. Visitors who appear recognisably in frame are asked beforehand.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
