Aircraft Interiors Expo is the meeting place of the aircraft cabin industry: seat manufacturers, cabin outfitters, IFE providers and suppliers show airlines from around the world what goes into the next fleet. We photograph seats, mock-ups and screens so leather, stitching and lighting mood are right — and film the cabin walkthrough your customers experience on the stand.

An aircraft seat is judged by materials and workmanship: leather quality, seam lines, table mechanism, recline range. In the B halls the hall lighting meets the mood lighting inside the mock-up — two colour temperatures that a camera without correction turns into orange and blue. We expose for the cabin light of your stand, add a soft fill light where needed and photograph seats in series from the same angles so economy, premium and business sit side by side and comparable.
IFE screens we photograph with an adjusted shutter speed and no banding; galleys, lavatories and overhead bins with the flap open and closed so volume and handling are readable.
The strongest argument at AIX is the cabin itself — your customers walk through, sit down, test the lie-flat position. We film this walkthrough with a stabilised camera as a 30 to 40 second clip: from the entrance across the seat rows to the detail of the armrest, with your product manager as the explaining voice via radio mic. The clip works on LinkedIn, in airline presentations and as a preview for customers who could not come to Hamburg.
If you speak on the CabinSpace Live stage, we photograph panel and audience from two positions and cut short vertical quotes.
AIX is an appointment show: airline delegations have fixed slots on the stands, often as early as Tuesday morning. For product and stand shots we use the hour before opening on Tuesday or Wednesday, when the mock-up is unoccupied. Delegation visits we photograph discreetly in available light, by arrangement and without flash. Thursday is quieter and suits team portraits and interviews.
Edited images are delivered within 24 hours, the cabin clip on the evening of the shoot — your follow-up email to airline contacts goes out within the show week.
Same angles for economy, premium and business — leather, stitching and mechanics comparable.
Exposed for your mood lighting, colour temperatures matched, the cabin photographed as a space.
Screens without banding, interfaces legible, connectivity shown in context.
Stand architecture before opening, with no visitors in frame.
Stabilised clip from entrance to seat detail, with an explaining voice via radio mic.
Statements from product management, design and airline customers in English, subtitled.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
