The Landesmesse Stuttgart sits on the Filder plateau directly next to Stuttgart Airport. It has ten numbered halls, including the L-Bank Forum as Hall 1 and the Paul Horn Halle as Hall 10, with the standard halls 3 to 9 and their curved roofs in between, plus the ICS with congress hall C1 and hall C2. Stands sit in clear rows and the aisles fill quickly once visitors are let in, so we film wide shots of your stand before opening.
Many stands use large LED walls and bright light boxes. In video we match frame rate and shutter speed to the walls, so nothing flickers and your logo, claim and product images stay readable on a phone. For details, controls and interviews we bring our own LED light.
The house rules of Messe Stuttgart require prior written permission for commercial photo and video recordings. There is a dedicated form: you confirm that you have commissioned us for your stand, and we use it to register before filming at the main security office at Gate 1 or at the information desk of Entrance East or West. We film only on your stand area, drones are not permitted, and our lights run on your stand power because the hall lighting may not be switched. Please plan one free socket.
The week of Motek, VISION, Bondexpo and interbad in early October 2026 is made for video: grippers, feeding systems, cameras and machine vision only show what they can do in motion. We film the working cycle from several angles, capture details with a macro lens and cut a clip that explains the benefit in a few seconds. Because the shows run in parallel, exhibitors of the same week share the travel cost.
At LogiMAT in March vehicles and racking systems run live, at Control in May measuring technology and quality assurance take centre stage, at Blechexpo in October 2027 forming, cutting and welding. Stands like these are loud, so we record interviews with lavalier microphones in the quietest corner and use machine sound only where it belongs to the story.
CMT in January is different: a consumer show for caravanning and travel with full aisles and many conversations on the stands. Here people, atmosphere and short vertical clips that make viewers want to travel count most.
The terminal is only a few hundred metres from the halls. If you fly in for the show, you walk to your stand. Our kit fits into rolling cases: two camera bodies, lenses, a gimbal, lavalier microphones and LED lights, with no delivery slot and no vehicle access needed.
On the show day we film stand and exhibits before opening, demos and conversations from late morning, and interviews in a quieter phase. Our editing team works in parallel. Yes, one free socket is enough. Under the venue's form, lighting has to run on the exhibitor's power supply, and the hall lighting may not be switched.
It is possible, but it requires a paid security guard ordered at least one week in advance through the venue's service portal. We usually plan the shoot so that no guard is needed.
