From Thursday, Fahrrad Essen runs alongside. We photograph vehicles so interiors look bright and bodywork shows no reflections, and film your stand when it is full at the weekend.

A motorhome is a photographic contradiction: outside a large, white, glossy surface that reflects every hall light, inside a narrow space with small windows that looks dark and cramped in a photo. Outside we work with a polarising filter and choose positions so the lines and graphics of the vehicle sit cleanly. Inside we place small lights in cupboards and seating areas, shoot wide-angle from the door and the driver seat and correct the images so walls stay vertical. The result is interior shots that show the floor plan instead of hiding it.
For accessory makers and converters the same applies on a smaller scale: awnings, solar panels, kitchen modules and beds are photographed fitted to the vehicle, with a hand or person in frame, so size and benefit are visible.
Not every stand has a vehicle. Regions, campsites and rental companies show people, brochures and conversations. Here we photograph your team in consultation, Scandinavia World or the rental world as the setting, and record short statements with radio mics: what makes your site special, which route you recommend for a first trip. These clips are cut vertically and go to Instagram and your Google Business Profile on the show day.
Wednesday is the quietest day: freshly built stands, clear aisles, time for interior and exterior shots of every vehicle. From Thursday Fahrrad Essen joins in, and from Saturday the aisles are packed — those are the pictures that prove your brand pulls a crowd. A four-hour package on Wednesday covers the vehicles; two hours on Saturday morning add visitors and consultations. If you want both on one day, book Saturday with vehicle shots in the hour before opening.
