Adhesives & Bonding Expo Europe runs together with Foam Expo Europe and Thermal Management Expo Europe: three free-to-attend trade fairs with more than 200 exhibitors, over 5,000 expected participants and a conference programme with more than 70 speakers. Adhesives, foams, thermal interface materials and heat sinks are materials that show their quality in the detail — we photograph your samples, demos and conversations so that engineers from automotive, electronics and construction can place them.

What is exhibited at these three shows rarely has a shape that explains itself: rolls of tape, cartridges, foam blocks, moulded parts, thermal pads, heat sinks, gap fillers. The quality lies in cell structure, surface, layer thickness and processing. So we photograph close — the open cell structure of a foam in cross-section, the adhesive bead on the part, the fins of an aluminium heat sink in side light that reveals the geometry — and match the white balance to the material so grey foam stays grey, transparent adhesive clear and anodised aluminium neutral.
Then there are the application samples exhibitors bring: a battery cell with thermal pad, a door module with a moulded foam part, a bonded visible component. For engineers these samples are the most important subject on the stand because they show where the material is used. We photograph them from several perspectives and keep labels and data sheets legible.
Many stands show the process: dispensing systems laying a bead, foam expanding and curing, thermographic images of a heat sink under load. We film these processes from two perspectives and in slow motion where it helps, and cut a 30-second highlight for LinkedIn plus vertical clips for your distributors. A statement by your application engineer or product manager with a wireless microphone — in English, matching the international audience of the show — is delivered with subtitles.
The conference programme runs on open stages in the halls. If your company gives a talk, we photograph speaker, slides and audience and record the talk on video on request.
The three shows run from Tuesday to Thursday and take place annually; you will need the material from Stuttgart for the invitations to the next edition already. Tuesday is opening day with a high conference share and international visitors, Wednesday the day of most technical conversations — it suits conversation pictures and interviews. Thursday is quieter and good for product shots with time for lighting and for team portraits.
Stand overviews without visitors are taken before opening. Exhibitors with a stand at two of the three shows are covered within one time window and one quote. You receive the highlight video and first images on the evening of the shooting day.
Bead, tape and joint in macro with side light that shows contour and layer thickness.
Cell structure in cross-section, surface and moulded part in true colour — grey stays grey, white stays white.
Heat sinks, thermal pads and thermography demos photographed so geometry and result are legible.
Your stand before opening, with no visitors in frame.
Speakers, slides and audience on the open stages of the three shows.
Application engineers and product managers in English or German, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.

Yes. The three shows run together in the same halls on the same days; we photograph stands at all three on the same terms.
With side light, macro shots of the structure and application samples that show the use. A thermal pad on a battery cell or a moulded part inside a component tells more than the material alone.
No. Briefing, interviews and the whole engagement run in English; we invoice with VAT ID for EU companies or without German VAT for companies outside the EU.
