Spain is the furthest of our regular European destinations and still a short working day away. Düsseldorf to Barcelona takes about two hours in the air, Madrid and Valencia two and a half, Bilbao two, and Fira Gran Via and IFEMA are both within half an hour of their airports. We fly in the evening before your first show day with the equipment as hand luggage and one checked case, so there are no local rentals on your stand.
Who books us for Spain? Mostly the exhibitors we meet in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Cologne: exporters from China, the Gulf, Turkey and the Americas whose calendar puts MWC or ISE in Barcelona, FITUR or Fruit Attraction in Madrid and a German show in the same year. One crew for all of them means one shot list, one colour grade and one contact. Flight, hotel and local transport are one figure on the quote, shared with any other exhibitor booked for the same show week, and over two or three days a small share of the total.
Spanish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT; companies outside the EU are invoiced net. The packages are €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT, identical to Germany. The large shows in Barcelona and Madrid are run in English and stand teams there work with us in English.
Fira de Barcelona has two sites. Fira Gran Via in L'Hospitalet, on Metro line 9 between the airport and the city, is the modern venue where MWC fills the halls in late winter, ISE takes over in January or February and Alimentaria brings the food industry in spring. Fira Montjuïc, the historic grounds at Plaça d'Espanya, hosts smaller shows in pavilions with far more daylight and character than a standard hall.
IFEMA Madrid lies between the city and Barajas airport on Metro line 8, about fifteen minutes from the terminals. FITUR, the tourism fair, opens the year in January; Fruit Attraction in October and Genera, the energy show, are among the large professional weeks, and ARCOmadrid brings the art world in late winter. The halls are long and consistent, which helps a fast, repeatable stand (booth) shoot before the doors open.
Feria Valencia in Benimàmet hosts Cevisama, the ceramics and bathroom show, in February and Feria Hábitat Valencia in September. Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Barakaldo is the venue for BIEMH, the machine-tool biennial, and the industrial shows of the Basque Country. Photo rules match the German pattern: your own stand, staff and products may be photographed freely, visitors in close-up are asked first.
Send us the show, the hall and your stand number, plus the days you want covered. Within 24 hours you receive the package price and one travel figure, in English, and we tell you if another exhibitor is already booked for that week. 50 % on booking confirms the crew, the flight and the hotel, 50 % is due on the show day.
We photograph the empty stand on the first morning, follow your team and visitors as the hall fills and add subtitled interviews in English, German, Arabic or Persian on a second or third day. The complete set, the highlight video and the vertical clips arrive within 24 hours after the coverage ends, before your flight home from Barcelona or Madrid, with two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights.
