Pixer is based in Essen, ten minutes from Düsseldorf Airport. Paris Charles de Gaulle is a flight of about an hour and a quarter, and the direct train from Düsseldorf or Cologne reaches Gare du Nord in under four hours. We plan the trip around the show week, arrive the evening before your first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week: three companies at VivaTech or SIAL Paris each pay a third of the journey. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Düsseldorf or Frankfurt, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. Everything runs in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available, including subtitles.
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in the 15th arrondissement is the largest exhibition centre in France, seven pavilions reached directly by Métro line 12 and the T2 and T3a trams. VivaTech in June, the Salon International de l'Agriculture in late winter, the Mondial de l'Auto in even-year Octobers and Vapexpo Paris all run here. Paris Nord Villepinte sits next to Charles de Gaulle airport with its own RER B station and hosts SIAL Paris every even-year October and Maison&Objet in January and September. Paris Le Bourget is home to the Paris Air Show in odd-year Junes, a mixed indoor and outdoor site where the flying display sets the schedule.
On the first morning we arrive before opening and photograph the stand while it is still clean: wide architecture, signage, lighting, product displays and detail. Once visitors arrive, the focus moves to your team in real conversations, live demos and busy aisles, the images your sales colleagues post the same evening. On a second or third day we add on-stand interviews with your leadership, distributors or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and the evening reception if you host one. A short recap can go out while the show is running; the finished films follow within 24 hours after the show day ends.
