Barcelona is about two hours by air from Düsseldorf, with several direct flights a day. We plan the trip around the show week, land the day before your first shooting day and are at the stand before the doors open. Equipment travels with us; you organise nothing locally.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week. At MWC or ISE, where companies from Asia, the Gulf and the Americas exhibit side by side, that share is often small. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT; Spanish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. Everything runs in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available, including subtitles.
Fira de Barcelona runs two sites. Gran Via in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is the large modern one, eight halls under a single roof designed by Toyo Ito, reached by Metro L9 Sud and the FGC station Europa-Fira. It hosts MWC Barcelona in late February or early March, Integrated Systems Europe in late January or early February, Alimentaria and Hostelco in even-year springs, Seafood Expo Global in spring and the Smart City Expo World Congress in November.
Montjuïc is the historic site at Plaça d'Espanya, dating from the 1929 International Exposition, with palaces along a hillside avenue used by consumer shows and congresses. At MWC the aisles are full from the first minute, so we photograph stand architecture before opening and concentrate on people, demos and meetings once the day starts.
The first morning starts before opening with the clean stand: wide architecture, signage, screens, product displays and detail. Once visitors arrive we follow your team in real conversations, live demos and full aisles, the images your colleagues post that evening. On later days we add on-stand interviews with your leadership, distributors or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and any launch or evening you host in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut by our editing team in Germany while the shooter is still at Gran Via, so a short recap can go out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.

Yes. Most bookings are at Gran Via for MWC, ISE and Alimentaria, but Montjuïc shows, congresses and launch events in the city are covered by the same crew.
Six to eight weeks ahead is ideal for MWC and ISE because hotels fill early. Short-notice requests work if we are already in Barcelona that week.
