Koelnmesse lies in Cologne-Deutz on the right bank of the Rhine, facing the cathedral. Köln Messe/Deutz station is directly at the grounds with ICE, regional and S-Bahn trains; from Cologne Bonn Airport the S-Bahn runs there without a change.
The halls are numbered 1 to 11, several with two or three levels, so hall 10.1 and hall 11.3 are floors, not buildings. Entrances North, South, East and West lead onto the covered Boulevard linking the halls, a good spot for daylight portraits; hall light is artificial and even.
Koelnmesse hosts gamescom in late August, Anuga in October, imm cologne and ISM in January, ORGATEC in October 2026 and interzum in May 2027. Dental, fitness and garden trades come for IDS in March, FIBO in April and spoga+gafa in June; digital marketing meets at dmexco in September.
PSI in January, INTERMOT and Anuga FoodTec in February, Kind + Jugend in September and FSB with aquanale in October 2027 fill the gaps.
We arrive before the doors open and photograph the empty stand first, then the team, then visitors as the hall fills. At gamescom and FIBO the crowds arrive fast, so clean shots happen in the first half hour. For multi-day bookings we agree a plan per day.
Interviews are recorded in a quiet corner of your stand or on the Boulevard, with lavalier microphone and our own light. You may photograph and film your own stand; for other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required. Delivery within 24 hours after the show day. Cologne is in North Rhine-Westphalia, so travel is included.

For gamescom, Anuga and imm cologne, four to six weeks ahead is sensible. Outside the peak weeks a few days are often enough.
No. As exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand; our crew enters on your exhibitor passes or a media pass we arrange. For other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required.
Yes. Cologne is in North Rhine-Westphalia, and travel within NRW is part of every package. There is no travel line on the invoice.
