The Hannover exhibition grounds in the south of the city are the largest in the world by exhibition area. The halls are numbered up to 27 and surround the Expo Plaza left from Expo 2000. Hannover Messe/Laatzen station is linked to the grounds by the covered Skywalk, and Stadtbahn line 8 runs from the Hauptbahnhof to Messe/Nord.
Hannover Airport connects by S-Bahn to the Hauptbahnhof; by car the Messeschnellweg leads to the car parks. Open-air areas between the halls carry machinery at Agritechnica and HANNOVER MESSE. Hall light differs from hall to hall, so we check yours before opening.
HANNOVER MESSE in April is the flagship industrial show. EuroBLECH in October 2026, EuroTier and EnergyDecentral in November 2026, didacta in February 2027, Tire Technology Expo in March 2027, LIGNA in May 2027 and Agritechnica in November 2027 follow.
Most are held every second year, so the photos from one edition have to work for two, an argument for the Full Day package with interviews and the 90-second film.
We travel the evening before and are at your stand before opening. On a site this size we agree hall, stand number and any second location in advance and plan the route per day: empty stand and team first, visitors and live demonstrations when the hall fills, interviews at a quiet time.

You may photograph and film your own stand; for other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required. Delivery within 24 hours after the show day. Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT. EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. German companies pay VAT at the standard rate.
For HANNOVER MESSE and Agritechnica, six weeks ahead is sensible, because hotels in Hannover fill early. Outside the peak weeks a few days are often enough.
No. As exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand; our crew enters on your exhibitor passes or a media pass we arrange. For other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required.
Travel to Hannover and, where needed, an overnight stay are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so the share per exhibitor is small.
