A highlight video is a very short film, usually around 30 seconds, that shows only the strongest moments of an exhibitor's presence at a show and is made for social media.
A highlight video condenses a trade fair appearance into its best images. It skips explanations and shows presence: a strong opening shot, the stand with the brand, people in conversation, a product in action and the logo at the end. Around 30 seconds with music and a few text overlays is typical.
It is related to the recap video but shorter and cut faster. A recap retells how the show went; a highlight video selects and leaves out. That selection is the real work in the edit: from several hours of footage only a few seconds per shot remain.
In a feed, the first seconds decide whether someone keeps watching. A highlight video is built for exactly that: short enough to be watched to the end and strong enough to show that your stand (booth) was busy. It works on LinkedIn, Instagram, the website and as a loop on the stand screen.
What matters is a single message. A highlight video is not a product manual or a company portrait. If you want to explain a product or let customers speak, add a longer film. Plan subtitles or text lines as well, because many people watch videos in their feed without sound. And decide whether you also need a vertical version for stories and reels. Agree on the text overlays too, such as the name of the show, hall and stand number.
Thirty good seconds need far more raw footage: a wide shot of the stand, hall atmosphere, details, conversations, the product moving, the team. Two well-planned hours on the stand are usually enough for that.
Every Pixer package includes a 30-second highlight video plus at least one vertical clip. The video is ready within 24 hours after the show ends, so you can publish it during show week. Two revision rounds are included and usage rights are unlimited, including paid ads.
To show presence, no. For explanations or customer voices, a longer film of around 90 seconds works better.
Yes. From the second show day many exhibitors run it as a loop on the stand screen.
