Leipziger Messe lies in the north of the city and is clearly laid out: five halls of 20,500 m² each, all reached from the Glass Hall, which is 238 metres long and almost 30 metres high. An outdoor area and the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL) complete the site. Distances are short, so we get from your stand to a stage or a slot in the CCL and back quickly.
The Glass Hall is the most striking place on the grounds. Its daylight suits interviews and team shots, as long as your schedule allows it and the venue permits it. Inside the halls we work with our own LED light so skin tones and exhibits look right, and with lavalier microphones because demonstrations and full aisles are loud.
The rules for photo and film recordings are set out in the terms of participation and the exhibitor manual of your show. We check them with you before the shoot, film on your stand area and ask recognisable visitors before they become the subject of a shot.
denkmal and MUTEC run in parallel in early November 2026 and take place only every two years. At denkmal, work happens on the stands: lime is plastered, wood is carved, glass is leaded. We film it as a process, from the tool to the finished surface. MUTEC is about showcases, lighting and media installations; glass and screens need controlled reflections and a frame rate that matches the displays. Exhibitors of both shows share the travel cost.
Intec and Z in March 2027 are the trade fair duo for machine tools, manufacturing technology, automation and suppliers, in halls 2 and 4. Here video shows the machine in operation through to the finished part, and an interview with your sales team explains the benefit.
The Leipzig Book Fair, just over two weeks later, is a public show: readings, signings, stages and full aisles. Stage recordings, the voices of authors and short vertical clips for publisher channels count most here.
Leipzig is not a day trip from Essen. We arrive the day before so we are at your stand before opening, because the hour before visitors are let in is the most reliable time for calm stand shots. Travel is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, which is why a full first day usually makes sense in Leipzig, with shorter blocks on the following days.
Recap, clips and photos arrive within 24 hours after the show day ends, first photos usually the same day, with two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights. We record interviews in English, German, Arabic or Farsi and deliver subtitles in the same languages. Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT.
