Hamburg Messe lies on the edge of the Schanze district, right by the Planten un Blomen park. Its eleven halls form two areas, A1 to A4 and B1 to B7. The halls vary a lot in size, and ceiling heights reach up to 17 metres. A stand in a small hall looks different on video from one in a large hall, so we check your hall on the floor plan in advance and decide whether the wide shot tells the story or the details do.
The CCH, the Congress Center Hamburg, is a few minutes' walk away at Dammtor station, and many shows use it for conferences and talks. If you have a stand in the halls and a talk in the CCH, we put both into fixed time slots.
The general terms of participation of Hamburg Messe und Congress state that photography and filming on the grounds are generally permitted, but commercial photo, film and video recordings need HMC's prior consent. Because our work on your stand is a commissioned production, we clear that consent with you in advance. We do not target other stands, and we ask recognisable visitors before they become the subject of a shot.
INTERNORGA in March is the show for food service and hospitality. Food and drinks need motion on video: plating, pouring, tasting, and light that looks appetising. At Nordstil in January, presentation and colour worlds of home, gift and fashion products count, so we work close to the product.
Aircraft Interiors Expo and WTCE run in the same week in April, and exhibitors of both shows share the travel cost. Cabin seats, mock-ups and onboard service are tight and bright; with a gimbal and a wide lens we move through the cabin as if the viewer were sitting in it. At OMR Festival in May, stage, audience and networking are the core. We record stage programmes on request with two to four cameras and take the sound directly from the mixing desk.
In October 2026, Hydrogen Technology World Expo and Carbon Capture Technology World Expo run in parallel, GET Nord follows in November and Seatrade Europe in September 2027. Here equipment, technology and expert conversations lead, and interviews explain what a still cannot show.
The grounds have four entrances: South, Centre, East and West. From Dammtor long-distance station it is about eight minutes on foot to Entrance East, and the U2 stops at Messehallen. Our kit travels in rolling cases, with no parking or delivery needed. Hotels, restaurants and event venues are close together, so a customer evening in the city is easy to add to a show day; we film it as a separate block.
Recap, clips and photos arrive within 24 hours after the show day ends, first photos usually the same day, with two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights. We record interviews in English, German, Arabic or Farsi, and non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT.

Travel from Essen to Hamburg is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, for example Aircraft Interiors Expo and WTCE. Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice.
