Düsseldorf to Warsaw Chopin is a flight of about an hour and fifty minutes. From the airport, Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn is around twenty-five minutes by taxi along the S8 expressway, and EXPO XXI in Wola is fifteen minutes in the other direction. We fly in the day before your first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open; cameras, lights and audio come in our own cases.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Poland uses the złoty, but our invoices are in euro. Polish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, south-west of the city on the S8 expressway, is the largest exhibition centre in Poland, with a row of wide, column-free halls built for heavy exhibits. Warsaw Industry Week brings machine tools, automation and industrial suppliers from across Central Europe; the Warsaw Motor Show fills the halls with cars and crowds; Warsaw Home and Warsaw Pack cover interior design and packaging.
EXPO XXI on Prądzyńskiego Street in Wola is the compact city venue: a few halls and conference rooms used for B2B shows, beauty fairs and corporate conferences. Distances are long and the S8 is busy in the morning, so we stay close to your venue. The Nadarzyn halls are tall and artificially lit, EXPO XXI mixes daylight with spotlights; either way we bring our own light for the pre-opening stand shots.
The first morning is for the clean stand: wide architecture, graphics, machines or product displays, screens and detail. Once visitors arrive we follow your team in conversations and live demonstrations, and those images are online the same evening. On later days we record interviews with your leadership, Polish distributors or customers, shoot product close-ups in the quieter hours and cover any dinner or reception in the city. At Warsaw Industry Week that often means a machine running under load for the video, planned with your engineers so it is filmed once, properly. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut in Germany while the shooter is still in Warsaw, so a short recap goes out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.

No. Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian; on the stand and with venue staff we work in English. Interviews and subtitles are available in all four.
As an exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand. We register as your stand contractor, keep to your stand and its aisle and follow the organiser's rules for wider shots.
The shooter uploads footage during the day and our editing team in Germany cuts remotely while you are still on the stand. Delivery is a private download link, first photos usually the same evening.
