Vienna is about an hour and a half by air from Düsseldorf, with direct flights through the day, and the Airport Express train reaches the city in a quarter of an hour. We plan the trip around the show or congress week, arrive the day before your first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same week. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Austrian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT. Everything runs in English or German, whichever your team prefers; Arabic and Persian are available too, including subtitles for interviews.
Messe Wien lies in the second district next to the Prater, with two stops on Metro line U2, Messe-Prater and Krieau, at its doors. Halls A to D and the attached congress centre host the fairs of the Vienna calendar: Ferien-Messe Wien with the Vienna Autoshow in January, Bauen & Energie in winter, Wohnen & Interieur in March and the Wiener Immobilienmesse.
Vienna is also one of the busiest congress cities in the world. Medical, scientific and industry congresses fill Messe Wien, the Austria Center Vienna by the Danube and the Hofburg, and exhibitors there are typically sponsors with a stand in the exhibition area, a symposium on stage and a hospitality evening in a palace or a Heuriger.
The first morning starts before opening with the clean stand: wide architecture, signage, screens, product displays and detail. As soon as the first break brings the audience into the exhibition area, we follow your team in real conversations, demos and full aisles, the images your colleagues post that evening. On later days we add on-stand interviews with your leadership, speakers or customers, your symposium or product presentation, and any reception you host in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut by our editing team in Germany while the shooter is still in the hall, so a short recap can go out mid-congress and the full film within 24 hours after the day ends.
