Verona Villafranca airport is fifteen minutes from the fairground, and we reach it from Düsseldorf or Frankfurt directly or with one connection; when the schedule is better we fly to Milan Bergamo or Venice and drive the last hour and a half. Either way we arrive the day before your first shooting day and are at the hall before opening, with our own cameras, lights and audio.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
Veronafiere sits on Viale del Lavoro south of the historic centre, a few minutes from the Verona Sud motorway exit and about ten minutes from Porta Nuova station. The halls are laid out on a compact grid around a central avenue.
Three shows define the year. Vinitaly in April is the largest wine fair in the world, with producers from every Italian region and a strong international pavilion; stands here live from tasting moments, bottles and faces. Marmomac in late September brings the natural stone industry from Italy, Turkey, Brazil, India and China, with heavy blocks, polished slabs and machinery that need careful light. Fieracavalli in November is the equestrian fair, with arenas beside the halls. Fieragricola in February of even years covers agriculture and Samoter the construction-machinery sector. The halls mix daylight and artificial light, which we check on arrival.
The first morning belongs to the clean stand: wide architecture, graphics, bottles on the shelf or slabs on the wall, screens and detail. When the aisles fill we move to your team pouring, explaining and negotiating, and to visitors handling the product, without asking anyone to pose. Those images are online the same evening. On later days we record interviews with your winemaker, export manager or distributors, shoot product close-ups in the quieter hours and cover any tasting dinner in the centre of Verona. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut in Germany while the shooter is still at Veronafiere, so a short recap goes out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
Architecture, graphics and product detail before opening, then atmosphere all day.
Real tastings, demos and meetings instead of posed groups. No sales conversation is interrupted.
A 30- to 90-second film per show day for LinkedIn, Instagram and your website, vertical versions included.
Winemakers, export managers or distributors on radio mics, subtitled in EN, DE, AR or FA.
Bottles, stone surfaces or machinery photographed on the stand for catalogues, online shops and distributors.
Edited photos and finished video via private download link within 24 hours after the show day ends.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

No. Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian; on the stand and with venue staff we work in English. Interviews and subtitles are available in all four.
