Prague is reachable two ways from Essen. The flight from Düsseldorf to Václav Havel Airport takes a little over an hour, and PVA Expo Praha in Letňany is twenty minutes from the airport by taxi. With more equipment, or several exhibitors in the same week, we drive: around seven hours via Dresden. Either way we arrive the day before your first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. The Czech Republic uses the koruna, but our invoices are in euro. Czech and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
PVA Expo Praha is the exhibition centre in Letňany in the north-east of the city, at the end of metro line C. It is home to the For family of shows: For Arch in September for construction and building technology, For Interior and For Garden for furnishing and outdoor living, For Pets and For Kids for consumer audiences.
Congresses in Prague run elsewhere. O2 universum next to the O2 arena in Libeň, opened in 2019, offers a large plenary hall and dozens of meeting rooms for congresses, with a sponsor exhibition in the foyers. The Prague Congress Centre above Vyšehrad hosts international medical and scientific congresses with its own exhibition halls. The Letňany halls are artificially lit and the congress foyers mix daylight and spotlights, so we bring our own light for the pre-opening stand shots.
The first morning is for the clean stand: wide architecture, graphics, product displays, machines or samples, screens and detail. Once visitors arrive we follow your team in conversations and demonstrations, and those images are online the same evening. At a congress we add your sponsored symposium from the back of the room, without flash. On later days we record interviews with your leadership, Czech partners or customers, shoot product close-ups in the quieter hours and cover any dinner or reception in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut in Germany while the shooter is still in Prague, so a short recap goes out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.

Three to four weeks ahead is comfortable for For Arch or a congress. Prague has plenty of hotels, so short notice is often possible.
Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian. Briefing, direction and contact with venue staff run in English, and German is widely understood among Czech organisers.
As an exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand. We register as your stand contractor and keep to your stand and the aisle in front of it. At congresses, scientific sessions and posters are off limits unless the organiser agrees.
The shooter uploads footage during the day and our editing team in Germany cuts remotely while you are still on the stand. Delivery is a private download link, first photos usually the same evening.
