Luxembourg City is about 300 kilometres from our office in Essen. We travel from Essen or Düsseldorf by car down the A1 and A61 through the Eifel, roughly three hours with the complete kit on board. We arrive the evening before the first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we serve in the same show week: two companies at ICT Spring or three at the autumn fair split the same amount. Over a two- or three-day booking the travel share becomes a small part of the total, while the packages stay at the fixed euro prices we charge in Düsseldorf or Cologne, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Luxembourg is an EU member, so local companies and other EU exhibitors with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; companies from outside the EU pay no German VAT either. On the stand we work in English.
Luxexpo The Box is the national exhibition and conference centre of the Grand Duchy, at the northern end of the Kirchberg plateau where the European institutions, the banks and the Philharmonie stand. The tram runs from the city centre and the railway station to the Luxexpo stop at the door.
The calendar is small but international. ICT Spring in early summer gathers fintech, cybersecurity and digital-industry companies from across Europe. Home & Living Expo in October continues the tradition of the Herbstmesse, the autumn fair, as the largest consumer show in the country, Springbreak in March mixes lifestyle brands with a festival programme, Vakanz in January is the travel fair and the Oeko-Foire in September covers sustainable living. Larger congresses use the European Convention Center Luxembourg a few tram stops away; we cover both with the same crew.
On the first morning we are in the hall before opening and photograph the stand while it is still clean: architecture, lighting, signage, product displays and detail. As soon as visitors arrive, the focus moves to your team in real conversations, demonstrations and the aisle traffic in front of your stand. At a conference-heavy show such as ICT Spring we also cover your speaker slot and the networking afterwards.
On a second or third day we add on-stand interviews with your management, partners or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and the evening event if you host one. Vertical clips can go out while the show is running; the finished films arrive within 24 hours after the show day ends, cut by our remote editing team while you are still on the Kirchberg.

Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian. Briefing, direction and delivery run in English; German, one of the three languages of the country, covers venue staff.
As an exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand. We stay within your stand and the aisle in front of it and register in advance where an organiser requires a supplier or press pass.
Selected material is uploaded during the day and our editing team in Germany cuts remotely while you are still on the stand. Photos and video arrive as a private download link within 24 hours after the show day ends.
