Flights from Düsseldorf to Heathrow or London City take about an hour and a quarter, and City Airport is a ten-minute DLR ride from ExCeL. We travel the day before your first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open. The paperwork for bringing our equipment into the UK is our job, not yours.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany: €990, €1,490 and €1,990. Because the UK is outside the EU, UK companies are invoiced without German VAT, in euro. EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
ExCeL London stands in the Royal Docks between two long boulevards of halls, with Custom House station on the Elizabeth line and the DLR at the west entrance. WTM London in November, Bett in January, DSEI in September of odd years and International Confex are held here. The halls are deep and lit artificially, so we bring our own light for the pre-opening stand shots.
Olympia London in Kensington is a Victorian iron-and-glass Grand Hall with daylight from the roof, home to the London Book Fair in March, Pure London and Top Drawer.
If your show is at the NEC Birmingham, we cover it from the same trip: Birmingham International station sits next to the halls, eighty minutes from London Euston. Spring Fair, Autumn Fair and Vaper Expo UK are held there, and we know the vape sector from World Vape Show Dubai and InterTabac Dortmund.
The first morning is for the empty stand: wide architecture, graphics, product walls, screens and detail. Once the aisles fill we follow your team in real conversations and live demos without asking a visitor to pose; those images go out the same evening. On later days we add interviews with your leadership, UK distributors or customers, product close-ups in the quiet hour after lunch and any reception or press moment in the city. Footage is uploaded from the hall and cut in Germany while the shooter is still at ExCeL, so a short recap is online mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
