Düsseldorf to Copenhagen Kastrup is a flight of about an hour and twenty minutes, and from the airport the metro reaches Bella Center station in around ten minutes without a change. We fly in the day before your first shooting day and are on the stand before the doors open; cameras, lights and audio come in our own cases.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. When we cover several sponsors at one congress, each company pays a fraction. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Denmark uses the krone, but our invoices are in euro. Danish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
Bella Center Copenhagen in Ørestad is the largest exhibition and congress venue in Scandinavia, halfway between the airport and the city centre on metro line M1. Wide exhibition halls sit beside a congress centre of auditoriums and meeting rooms, so the calendar is split between trade fairs and large scientific and medical congresses.
On the trade fair side, CIFF, the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, fills the halls in February and August alongside Copenhagen Fashion Week, and Formland brings interior design and lifestyle brands. On the congress side, pharmaceutical and medtech companies exhibit in a sponsor hall next to the sessions; the ESMO Congress was held here in 2016. There the hall keeps fixed hours around the scientific programme, coffee breaks are the busiest minutes, and the images serve next year's sponsorship as much as social media. The halls are bright and evenly lit.
Day one starts before the hall opens with the clean stand: wide architecture, graphics, product displays, screens and detail. Once visitors arrive we follow your team in real conversations, demos and the crowded coffee-break minutes, and those images are online the same evening. At a congress we add your sponsored symposium from the back of the room, without flash. On later days we record interviews with your leadership, speakers or Nordic distributors, shoot product close-ups in the quieter hours and cover any dinner or reception in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut in Germany while the shooter is still at Bella Center, so a short recap goes out mid-event and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.

Three to four weeks ahead is comfortable for CIFF, Formland or a congress. Copenhagen hotels are expensive but rarely sold out, so short-notice requests are often possible.
Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian. Briefing, direction and contact with venue staff run in English, which is the working language at Bella Center anyway.
Yes. Scientific sessions and posters are usually off limits, so we keep to your stand, your sponsored symposium and the aisle in front of your stand, and follow the congress rules for wider shots.
The shooter uploads footage during the day and our editing team in Germany cuts remotely while you are still on the stand. Delivery is a private download link, first photos usually the same evening.
