Amsterdam is the closest foreign venue to our Essen office. The ICE from Duisburg or Düsseldorf reaches Amsterdam Centraal in a little over two hours, and by car it is around two and a half hours door to door. No flight, no checked equipment: we arrive the evening before your first shooting day with everything in the van.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week, so the Amsterdam travel share is one of the smallest we quote in Europe. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Dutch and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT. Everything runs in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available, including subtitles.
RAI Amsterdam sits on Europaplein in the Zuidas business district, with its own railway and Metro 52 station a few steps from the entrance and Schiphol airport about ten minutes away by train. That makes it one of the easiest venues in Europe for international exhibitors, many of whom arrive with a small team and no local supplier.
The calendar is dense: IBC every September for broadcast and media technology, Intertraffic Amsterdam in even years, METSTRADE in November for marine equipment, Aquatech Amsterdam in odd-year Novembers, Interclean in even-year Mays and GreenTech in June. Integrated Systems Europe grew up here before moving to Barcelona in 2021, which is why we cover both cities. The halls are wide and evenly lit, but the aisles fill quickly at IBC and METSTRADE, so we shoot architecture before opening and people once the crowd is there.
The first morning starts before the doors open: wide shots of the stand, signage, screens and product displays while everything is still clean. As soon as visitors arrive, we move to your team in conversation, demos on the stand and the atmosphere in the hall, and those images go out the same evening. On later show days we add on-stand interviews with your leadership, partners or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and any evening you host in the city. The recap film is cut in parallel by our editing team in Germany, so a short version can be published mid-show and the longer film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
