Budapest is roughly two hours by air from Düsseldorf with direct flights through the week, and Hungexpo lies on the eastern side of the city between the airport and the centre, so the transfer is short. We travel from Essen or Düsseldorf the day before your first shooting day and are in position before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, which keeps the travel share small for a two- or three-day booking. Packages are the same fixed prices as in Germany: €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT, invoiced in euro rather than forint. Hungarian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; companies from Turkey, the UK, the Gulf or other non-EU countries are invoiced without German VAT. On the stand we work in English, German for exhibitors from Germany and Austria, and Arabic and Persian for interviews and subtitles.
Hungexpo Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center occupies a park-like site in Kőbánya, district X, and was extensively modernised in 2021 with a new congress centre and entrance building. Pavilions are spread across the grounds with outdoor areas between them, which suits machinery, vehicles and outdoor demonstrations. Most exhibitors stay downtown near the Danube, about half an hour away.
The calendar follows the Hungarian industrial year. Construma in April covers construction and building services, Industry Days in May brings automation, robotics and manufacturing, and Automotive Hungary in autumn serves the country's large vehicle and supplier industry. AGROmashEXPO opens the year with agricultural machinery, FeHoVa covers hunting, fishing and arms in February, the Utazás travel exhibition follows in late winter and Hoventa serves hotels and gastronomy. Exhibitors range from Hungarian manufacturers to German, Austrian, Italian and Turkish suppliers who also show in Munich, Hannover or Düsseldorf.
The first morning starts before opening with the clean stand: architecture, graphics, product displays and detail in the light the stand builder planned. As the aisles fill we follow your team through real conversations and demos without interrupting a meeting. On the second day we record on-stand interviews with leadership, partners or customers on radio mics, cover your presentation in the congress centre if you have one, and film the reception or dinner you host in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and edited remotely in Germany, so a vertical clip can be live the same evening and the full set arrives within 24 hours after the day ends.
