We travel from Essen/Düsseldorf by air to Zurich or Basel and continue by train; from Zurich Airport the direct train reaches Bern in about an hour and a quarter. BERNEXPO stands in the Wankdorf district beside the stadium. We arrive the day before your first shooting day and are on your stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week, and for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the same fixed prices as in Germany and are invoiced in euro: €990, €1,490 and €1,990. Switzerland is outside the EU, so Swiss companies are invoiced without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. Bern is German-speaking, so we work in German or English on the stand; interviews and subtitles come in English, German, Arabic and Persian.
BERNEXPO is the exhibition and event venue of the Swiss capital, with several halls, the Festhalle and an open-air area. Its biggest public event is BEA in late April and early May, a ten-day spring fair. The trade calendar includes Suisse Public in June of odd years, SINDEX in even years for industrial automation and robotics, and the Suisse Caravan Salon in October.
As the seat of the federal administration and many associations, Bern hosts a steady stream of conferences and member events at the Kursaal Bern and in the city's hotels, often with sponsor stands in the foyer. Zurich and Basel shows are separate trips, or combined with Bern when dates line up.
Before opening on the first day we photograph the clean stand: architecture from the aisle, signage and lighting, screens, product displays and detail. Once the hall fills we stay with your team in real conversations, demos and full aisles, so no visitor talk is interrupted. On later days we add on-stand interviews with your management, partners or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and any apéro you host in the city. Footage is cut by our editing team in Germany while the shooter is still at Wankdorf, so a short recap can go out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
