Antwerp is about two hours by car from our office in Essen. Cameras, lights and audio travel in the van, and for a single show day we often drive in and out without a hotel night.
Travel is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week; for a two- or three-day booking it is a minor part of the total. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Belgian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice, and non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; interviews and subtitles come in English, German, Arabic and Persian.
Antwerp Expo lies on Jan Van Rijswijcklaan in the south of the city, close to the ring road and Antwerpen-Berchem station. It hosts trade and consumer fairs through the year, among them BIS, the building and renovation fair in October, and Vakantiesalon Antwerpen, the holiday fair in January. In the centre, the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp beside Central Station takes conferences, award evenings and product presentations in its Queen Elisabeth Hall.
Antwerp is a port, diamond and chemical-industry city with plenty of company events that never touch a fair floor. The same trip stretches across Flanders: Brussels Expo, Flanders Expo in Ghent and Kortrijk Xpo are each within about an hour, so two Belgian shows in one season mean one crew, one look and one travel quote.
We arrive before opening and photograph the stand while it is still empty: the wide view from the aisle, signage and lighting, screens, product displays and detail. As soon as visitors come in, the camera moves to your team in real conversations, demos and full aisles, so no sales talk is interrupted. On a second day we record on-stand interviews with your management, dealers or customers, shoot product close-ups in quieter hours and cover any reception you host. Footage is edited in Germany while the shooter is still in the hall; a short recap is often online the same evening and the complete film follows within 24 hours after the show day ends.
