Gothenburg Landvetter is about two hours in the air from Düsseldorf or Frankfurt, direct or with one stop, and the airport bus reaches Korsvägen, the square in front of Svenska Mässan, in under half an hour. We travel from Essen/Düsseldorf the day before your first shooting day and are on your stand before opening.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week, and for a two- or three-day booking that share is a small part of the total. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT, with a reverse-charge invoice for EU companies holding a VAT ID and no German VAT for non-EU companies. We invoice in euro and add an approximate krona figure on request. On the stand we work in English; interviews and subtitles come in English, German, Arabic and Persian.
Svenska Mässan stands at Korsvägen in the middle of the city, opposite Liseberg, with the Gothia Towers hotel built into the complex and several tram lines at the door. Gothenburg is Sweden's industrial and logistics capital, home to its largest port and to automotive and engineering groups, and the calendar reflects that.
Elfack in May of odd years is the Nordic meeting point for electrical engineering, lighting and energy. Scanpack, the packaging show, returns every third year in October, Underhåll covers maintenance in March of even years. Public shows round out the year: Båtmässan, the boat show, in February and Bokmässan, the Göteborg Book Fair, in September.
Day one begins before the doors open with the empty stand: wide views from the main aisle, signage, screens, lighting, product displays. When visitors arrive the focus shifts to your team in genuine conversations, live demos and a busy hall, the images your sales colleagues post that evening. On a second or third day we record on-stand interviews with your management, partners or customers, shoot product close-ups in quieter hours and cover a customer dinner in Gothia Towers or in town. Footage goes to our editing team in Germany during the day, so a short recap can be online mid-show and the finished film within 24 hours after the show day ends.

Yes. If your shows fall in the same or consecutive weeks, we plan one trip with a train leg between the two cities and quote a single travel share.
Three to four weeks ahead is ideal, because we plan the trip around several exhibitors. Short-notice bookings work when we are already in Gothenburg that week.
