At trade fairs, fashion is sold to buyers who see many collections in a short time. Your images therefore have two jobs: carry the mood of a collection and show the details that convince in the showroom, such as cut, drape, finishing and material. We photograph stands and presentations with an eye for both and use light that gives fabric depth instead of flattening it.
Movement is the strongest tool. A bridal gown opening as the model walks, fabric falling, a model turning: these moments work harder on video and in short clips than in any still. We film runway and stand presentations from several positions and cut vertical clips from them.
New collections are often under embargo or must not appear online before the official presentation. Tell us in advance which pieces may be shown when, and we deliver in stages.
European Bridal Week takes place at Messe Essen, our home venue, with our office 30 seconds from the entrance. Heimtextil in Frankfurt shows home and contract textiles, TecStyle Visions in Stuttgart textile finishing, printing and embroidery. Jewellery and watches are at INHORGENTA in Munich, eyewear at opti in Munich, baby and children's products at Kind + Jugend in Cologne. Textile promotional products are a major topic at PSI in Cologne.
In Essen and Cologne travel is included. For Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich we quote it once per trip, shared between exhibitors of the same show week. Designers and manufacturers from Turkey, Italy, Spain or the Gulf get an English-speaking crew and, outside the EU, invoices without German VAT.
Beyond trade fairs we photograph and film retail events. We have worked for brands and retailers such as Primark and Ralph Lauren, including the film for the opening of Primark in Wuppertal.
Before doors open: stand overview, the collection on mannequins and rails, fabric and finishing details with our own light. Morning: team photo, portraits of designers and founders, first buyer appointments.
At fixed times: runway or stand presentations, filmed from several positions. Afternoon: interviews, conversations on the stand, vertical clips with movement.
At European Bridal Week shows and order appointments are tightly scheduled. Send us the plan and we build the booking around your presentation.
