No e-mail ping-pong: pick your package and show day, reserve for €149 (credited in full) or book by invoice as an EU company with a VAT ID. You receive our confirmation within 24 hours and can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the show day.
All prices are fixed net prices for one show day. Travel within NRW is included; for other cities we quote travel before we confirm.
Your booking becomes binding with our confirmation by e-mail, which you receive within 24 hours. The Stripe payment receipt on its own is not yet a confirmation. If we exceptionally cannot confirm a date, we refund the amount paid in full.
Yes. Up to 14 days before the show day you cancel free of charge, and we refund a reservation or payment in full. A short e-mail to info@pixer.tv is enough. Later cancellations are governed by our terms.
You receive a payment receipt from Stripe straight away. Within 24 hours we confirm date, time and crew and briefly ask what you want covered. On the show day we come to your stand, and you receive the photos and videos within 24 hours.
No. Companies registered outside the EU receive an invoice without German VAT. Select your country in the form and the matching payment link opens automatically. For the invoice we need your company address and, where required, proof of company registration.
Book the first show day here and add the other days under notes. For several days you receive a multi-day price with the confirmation, and the reservation is credited in full.
Yes. One change of date up to 14 days before the show day is free of charge, to another day of the same or a different show, provided we are available that day. Your reservation or payment is carried over. Later changes depend on availability, and we tell you any costs beforehand.
